Kapil Sharma Tweets To PM Modi, “Yeh hain aapke achhe din ?”


These days, the great Comedian Kapil Sharma is in aggressive mood by taking demand of Bombay Municipal Corporation. He had been asked for a bribe by BMC for opening his office as the comedian, on Friday, alleged that a BMC official demanded a bribe of Rs 5 lakh for setting his office. To target the Mumbai civic body for corruption, Sharma took to twitter and wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in early hours on Friday that “I am paying 15 cr income tax from last 5 year n still I have to pay 5 lacs bribe to BMC office for making my office.”

Further, in another tweet, Kapil asked PM Modi if these are the “acche din” (better days) he had promised.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis twitted back to Kapil’s tweets and asked him to provide all information and promises for a strict action on the culprits.

The BMC also asked Sharma to reveal the name of the officer who allegedly demanded the bribe. “I have requested Kapil Sharmaji to reveal the name of the officer who demanded bribe so that we can initiate inquiry and appropriate action against him or her. We hope that he will cooperate with us,” Manohar Pawar, chief engineer of vigilance department in BMC said.
